Our team name has a lot of meaning to us. 44|85 means so much more than just a number. It represents the coordinates of Michigan, which is where we live, where we love, and where we serve. We are so grateful for this new opportunity and are excited to see where it takes us. Mostly we are so appreciative and thankful for everyone who has supported us along the way and have truly become members of our family.

Tracy has been a licensed Realtor since 2013.
Given her continuous hard work and
compassionate care, she was named “Rookie of
the Year” in her first year in the Real Estate
business.

since 2019 has been featured in Detroit’s HOUR Magazine for “Metro-Detroit’s top 5% of Realtors in SE Michigan”. She has now sold over 250 homes in her career.

Prior to Real Estate, Tracy earned her Bachelor’s

She enjoys traveling with her husband, Joe & young son, Mason. They frequent Beaver
Island (their favorite place) along with snowboarding trips out west. Tracy also enjoys taking on home projects to give her home it’s own personal touch.
Kevin has worked in the service industry for many years. He takes pride in his customer care. Kevin works hard to earn the love & trust of each and every one of his clients. His primary focus is as a buyer’s agent, because he loves the challenge of finding the perfect home for his clients. He says that nothing is more satisfying than matching his buyers with their dream home. He values the relationships that he builds with his clients and the community.
Serving You! As a transaction coordinator, Michelle is our behind the scene person. Michelle is the liaison between agents, title, and lenders. She is here to serve our 44|85 Family, by making your home buying or selling journey go smoothly.
When Michelle is not handling our transactions, she is spending time with her husband Derek, their two young children, Dominic and Celia, and their yellow lab, Ella. Two of her hobbies are good home improvement projects and woodworking, which is
one of the things that drew her into real estate, transformed living spaces.
Michelle believes in Living, Loving, and Serving our buyers and sellers to the fullest and looks forward to making your transaction seamless.
Sarah has worked directly with clients in the service industry for over 20 years. She takes pride in forming meaningful relationships, some of which have turned into lifelong Friendships.
She truly cares about people and always has their best interests at heart. She has resided in Livingston County for the past 24 years. She will show you around her favorite little towns of Livingston county and the surrounding areas. When you find the perfect house she will assist you with the buying process and help you get your new home under Contract.
She is also available to stage the home you’re selling to help get the best price as quickly as possible.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and her two rescue dogs.
